Finnish education system
Nine EGT teachers are involved in the European project Erasmus We educate in Europe and for Europe. Teachers will be educated in different courses in different European cities on topics that are important for the development of their competencies.
Helena Pašiaková and Miroslava Štefániková attended a workshop on the Finnish education system from April 12th – 18th, 2015, in the Finnish city Joensuu, in North Karelia, near the Russian border.
They visited several different types of schools, met with Finnish teachers, and exchanged experiences with other colleagues, including participants and teachers from Great Britain, Germany, Spain, and Romania.
The Finnish education system is considered one of the best in the world. Education in Finland is a priority for the whole society and it's very clearly visible in the excellent standards of the schools, in the high moral and material status of teachers, and in the effectiveness of education with an emphasis on the needs of the pupils.

Fínsky vzdelávací systém
V európskom projekte Erazmus Vzdelávame sa v Európe, vzdelávame sa pre Európu je zapojených 9 učiteľov našej školy, ktorí sa budú vzdelávať v rôznych kurzoch v rôznych európskych mestách v témach, ktoré sú dôležité pre rozvoj ich kompetencií.
V tomto programe absolvovali Helena Pašiaková a Miroslava Štefániková vo fínskom meste Joensuu v severnej Karélii neďaleko ruských hraníc, v dňoch 12.-18. apríla 2015, wokshop Fínsky vzdelávací systém. Navštívili rôzne typy škôl, stretli sa s fínskymi učiteľmi, vymieňali si skúsenosti s ďalšími kolegami, účastníkmi kurzu, učiteľmi z Veľkej Británie, Nemecka, Španielska, Rumunska. Fínsky vzdelávací systém je považovaný za jeden z najlepších na svete. Fínska spoločnosť považuje vzdelanie za prioritnú hodnotu svojej krajiny a od toho sa odvíja celé školstvo, výborné technické vybavenie škôl, vysoký morálny a materiálny status učiteľa, efektívnosť vzdelávania s dôrazom na potreby žiaka.
